Jordan Reber | Allied Industrial Partners

Jordan Reber is the Chief Executive Officer of CES Power and supports multiple AIP portfolio companies. A results-driven operating executive, Jordan brings a proven track record of leading complex logistical organizations across the industrial spectrum.

Jordan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Debris to Green Recycling, one of the largest pure-play industrial recycling service providers in the United States and a portfolio company of Macquarie Infrastructure Partners. He also held senior executive roles at Finning International, the world's largest Caterpillar dealer, with operations across Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and South America, and leadership roles at The Hertz Corporation, a global brand with highly complex global logistics.

He is known for leading large, distributed workforce organizations with complex and international operations, applying a mission-driven, decisive leadership style focused on operational discipline, innovation, and long-term growth.

Education

Jordan holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, an M.S. from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, and has completed executive studies at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also holds a Six Sigma designation.

Personal

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Jordan lives in Vancouver, British Columbia with his wife and daughter and is an avid skier.
