Michelle is a finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, including more than 15 years as a CFO within private equity–backed companies. She supports portfolio companies by leading financial operations, integration efforts, and value-creation initiatives focused on scaling businesses.
- Michelle has served as Chief Financial Officer across industrial and engineering services companies, where she led post-merger integrations, transformation initiatives, and a full-cycle sale.
- She brings deep expertise in M&A integration, cash flow forecasting, ERP implementations, and strategic financial planning to drive enterprise value.
- Earlier in her career, Michelle held controller and accounting roles, building strong internal controls and supporting budgeting and audit readiness across industrial and chemical sectors.
