- Steve previously worked at major investment banking firms, in the hedge fund sector and at a large law firm.
- He has served on over fifty corporate boards across a variety of industries and also held executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman, and General Counsel.
- Steve is licensed as an attorney and CPA and is also a CFA.

Steve earned a J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin and a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University
Personal
In his personal time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two grandsons, and heading out on the water on his boat.
