Tim Webb
Director of Portfolio Operations
Tim Webb is responsible for Allied’s portfolio operations where he applies more than 25 years of executive leadership, industrial, and manufacturing experience to help drive value creation and transformative change.
- Prior to joining Allied, Tim served as the CFO of Teal Systems LLC, a lower-middle-market industrial services company.
- Prior to Teal, Tim spent 13 years at Caterpillar in various financial positions of increasing responsibility culminating as the Financial Leader of Caterpillar’s North American Excavator Division.
- Trained on Lean Six Sigma, a team-focused managerial approach that seeks to improve performance by eliminating waste while boosting the standardization of work.
Education
Tim earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Eastern Illinois University
Personal
Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two miniature schnauzers who replaced his three adult children. Tim has 3 black belts in Karate, Japanese Jujitsu, and Judo. In his spare time, he is actively involved in Olympic Judo and helps train the University of Texas Judo Team.
