CES Power LLC (“CES Power”), a leading global provider of mobile power generation, distribution and temperature control equipment backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners, today announced that it has acquired Global Power Systems (“GPS”),a provider of power generation and temperature control services in Louisiana, Georgia and North Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Allied Industrial Partners LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has made a strategic investment in Wall Recycling, LLC (or the “Company”), a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services for municipal, commercial and industrial waste generators throughout North Carolina. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
