Allied Industrial Partners LLC (“Allied”), today announced that it has made a strategic investment in Celebrity Coaches, LLC ("Celebrity Coaches" or the "Company"), a leading national provider of transportation and logistics for the live events and entertainment sector.

CES Power announced that it has completed its 10th acquisition, Fourth Generation, a provider of temporary power services to live events and the entertainment industry. Based in London, UK, Fourth Generation is a full-service provider of power generation equipment and services for premier live events worldwide. For more than 20 years, Fourth Generation has provided temporary power and project management services for concert tours, television and sports broadcasts, as well as large-scale corporate and private events across Europe and globally. Fourth Generation will become part of CES Global, a division of CES Power focused on delivering seamless mobile power generation, distribution, and temperature control solutions worldwide. Fourth Generation marks CES Global’s second acquisition in Europe, following the addition of Euro Touring Power in September 2023.

Allied Industrial Partners announced it has promoted Alex Rich from Managing Director to Partner. The Firm also announced it has added two team members, Lee Roberts, who joined as an Associate, and Michelle Welch, who was named Director of Portfolio Accounting. With these new additions, Allied now has a team of 11 professionals. The Firm currently has over $500 million of AUM and has made 21 acquisitions since its founding in 2019. 

Waste Eliminator announces the opening of its new state-of-the-art material recovery facility (MRF) located in Peachtree Corners, GA in the heart of the Atlanta metro area. Replacing an older generation facility, this MRF will increase the company’s waste diversion from landfills and promote additional beneficial reuse and recycling opportunities, lessening the environmental burden and impact on its customers. With the opening of the new recycling facility, Waste Eliminator will increase its throughput capacity by 25%.

CES Power LLC, a leading global provider of sustainable mobile power generation, distribution, and temperature control solutions for large events, today announced that it has acquired Roundrock Technology (“Roundrock”), a provider of scalable IT services to the entertainment industry. CES Power is backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners (“Allied”).

Waste Eliminator LLC ("Waste Eliminator"), a leading regional provider of solid waste and recycling services for commercial and industrial waste, announced today that it has acquired North Georgia Roll Off (“North Georgia”). The strategic acquisition of North Georgia will provide Waste Eliminator with additional waste handling assets in the Atlanta market and increase the Company’s recycling capabilities around its existing infrastructure. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CES Power LLC (“CES Power”), a leading global provider of sustainable mobile power generation, distribution, and temperature control solutions for large events, today announced that it has acquired Euro Touring Power (“ETP”),a premier provider of electrical equipment and air conditioning rental for touring productions throughout Europe. This acquisition expands CES Power’s reach overseas, giving the company a new hub in Ireland with access to all of Europe. CES Power is backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners (“Allied”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CES Power is backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Allied Industrial Partners LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has made a significant investment in Mat Tech Industrial Services (“Mat Tech” or the “Company”), a provider of specialty rental and waste management services. Mat Tech will continue to be led by its founder and CEO Mike Tinnin in partnership with Allied. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Allied Industrial Partners, an operationally focused lower-middle market private equity firm based in Houston, today announced it has added three senior executives at its Houston headquarters. The new hires include Gerald Smith as Managing Director, Sabrina Gomez as Chief of Staff, and Tim Webb as Director of Portfolio Operations. The firm also announced that Park Carrere, a Vice President at Allied since 2021, was promoted to Principal.

CES Power LLC ("CES Power" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of mobile power generation, distribution and temperature control equipment, today announced that it has acquired Echo Technologies Services, LLC ("Echo"), a telecommunications company specializing in comprehensive connectivity services, including WiFi, live streaming, CCTV, and fiber transport to music festivals, live sports, and other special events throughout North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
