CES Power LLC (“CES Power”), a leading global provider of sustainable mobile power generation, distribution, and temperature control solutions for large events, today announced that it had acquired Infinite Power, a premier provider of temporary mobile power and climate control solutions. This strategic acquisition will provide CES Power with a new hub in the Washington, D. C.-Baltimore area, strengthening its capabilities in the mid-Atlantic region. CES Power is backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners (“Allied”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Allied Industrial Partners LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has made a significant investment in Mat Tech Industrial Services (“Mat Tech” or the “Company”), a provider of specialty rental and waste management services. Mat Tech will continue to be led by its founder and CEO Mike Tinnin in partnership with Allied. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Allied Industrial Partners, an operationally focused lower-middle market private equity firm based in Houston, today announced it has added three senior executives at its Houston headquarters. The new hires include Gerald Smith as Managing Director, Sabrina Gomez as Chief of Staff, and Tim Webb as Director of Portfolio Operations. The firm also announced that Park Carrere, a Vice President at Allied since 2021, was promoted to Principal.

Allied Industrial Partners LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has made a strategic investment in Wall Recycling, LLC (or the “Company”), a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services for municipal, commercial and industrial waste generators throughout North Carolina. The Company will continue to be led by its founder and CEO Dan Wall. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Waste Eliminator, LLC ("Waste Eliminator" or the "Company"), a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners, today announced that it has acquired Gainesville Waste & Recycling ("GWAR") and Dawsonville Waste & Recycling ("DWAR"), both based in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Allied Industrial Partners LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has made a strategic investment in Waste Eliminator, LLC ("Waste Eliminator" or the "Company"), a leading regional provider of solid waste hauling, disposal and recycling services for commercial and industrial waste generators throughout Metro-Atlanta. The Company will continue to be led by its founder and CEO Wes Turner, who along with others on the management team, will be investing alongside Allied. Together, Allied and management have committed more than $150 million in capital to grow the platform. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
