Allied Industrial Partners Announces Investment in Celebrity Coaches

Substantial capital will help expand a platform focused on entertainment infrastructure services.

Allied Industrial Partners LLC (“Allied”), an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has made a strategic investment in Celebrity Coaches, LLC ("Celebrity Coaches" or the "Company"), a leading national provider of transportation and logistics for the live events and entertainment sector. The Company will continue to be led by its founder Jeff Michael, who along with other members of the management team including Josh Trivett, will remain owners. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005 by second-generation entrepreneur Jeff Michael, Celebrity Coaches provides a premium, white-glove service in connection with designing, fabricating, and leasing custom luxury motorcoaches for some of the most in-demand artists in the entertainment industry. The Company is headquartered in Nashville, TN where it operates from a state-of-the-art facility.
